Edit UI
Change text and images, and hide sensitive content, without recording again.
Because Peutly captures HTML, you can change what's on screen after recording. Click Edit UI in the toolbar.
Replace text
- Click Replace text.
- Click an element on the canvas and type the new text.
To change the same text in many places, click Find & replace in the floating bar. It counts the matches on this step. Replace all changes the text on every step of the demo.
Replace graphics
Click Replace graphics, then click an image and upload a new one. Use this to swap a logo, avatar or chart.
Blur, hide or remove content

Click an option, then click the element.
Blur, hide and remove apply to every step where the same text appears, so a name you blur once stays blurred throughout the demo. Replacing text or an image changes only the element you clicked.
Review and undo edits
Click View UI edits to see every change in the demo. Each edit is labeled Demo-wide or Single element. Click Remove modification to undo one.
While editing, the floating bar has Done and Reset.
Reset removes every edit of that type in the whole demo, not just the last one. To undo a single edit, use View UI edits.
