Team and roles
Invite teammates and decide what they can do.
Seats are free on every plan, so invite everyone who makes or shares demos.
Invite teammates
- Go to Settings → Team. Only admins see this tab.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas or new lines. You can invite up to 25 people at a time.
- On Pro, pick a role.
- Send the invites.
Invited people show as Invited until they accept. You can also invite teammates from Home with Invite your team.
Roles
On Starter, everyone is an admin. Pro adds the Editor role:

In Settings, editors see only the Appearance and AI tabs.
Deactivate a member
In Settings → Team, switch a member off to deactivate them. They're signed out and can't sign in until an admin switches them back on. Their demos stay in the workspace.
You can't deactivate yourself, the workspace owner, the last admin or the last active member.
