Visibility and passwords
Control who can open a shared demo.
Open a demo, click Share and go to the Access control tab.
Visibility
| Setting | Who can view |

| Private | Nobody can open the link, teammates included. You can still open the demo in the editor. This is the default. |
| Published | Anyone with the link, or on a site where it's embedded |
Password protection
ProAlso included in the free trial.
- Next to Password protection, click Set up (or Change if a password is set).
- Enter a password of at least 4 characters and confirm it.
- Click Save password.
Click Remove to turn the password off.
Viewers see Password protected demo and must enter the password first. After the right password, they can view the demo for 4 hours before they're asked again. After 10 wrong attempts, they have to wait 15 minutes.
Organization only
On Pro, admins can make published demos open only for people signed in to your workspace. This is a workspace-wide setting: Settings → Access Control → Who can open a published demo → Organization only. It's useful for internal training and onboarding. See Access control.
