Access control
Decide how people sign in, who can join and where demos can be viewed.
ProAlso included in the free trial. Admins only.
Go to Settings → Access Control.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Block email magic-link auth | Members can't sign in with an email link. They use Google or Microsoft instead. |
| Require invitation | Only people who were invited can join the workspace |
| Default role | The role new members get |
| Who can open a published demo | Anyone with the link, or Organization only for people signed in to your workspace |
| Allowed embed domains | The websites where your demos may be embedded, up to 50. Leave empty to allow any site. |
Before you turn on Block email magic-link auth, make sure every member can sign in with Google or Microsoft. Otherwise they're locked out.
